HALLELUYAH! HALLELUYAH!! HALLELUYAH!!!

RELEASE DATE: October 12, 2020

WEEK: 42 (October 12-18, 2020)

WEEKLY BIBLE READING: Psalm 24: 3-5

Who shall ascend unto hill of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His holy place? He that hath a clean hands, and a pure heart, who hath not lifted up His soul unto vanity nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

INTERPRETATION:

We are reminded of the things that God likes and wants us to do and in return is His promise to reward our obedience to His statutes. As Christ believers and people of faith, it is crucial that we keep our hands clean from shedding innocent blood or carrying-out any act of wickedness (sins). A clean hand is preceded by a pure heart that does not harbours evil thoughts or devises wicked plans.

Every evil action comes from the “heart” (this is a biblical reference to human mind – see footnote below), literally known as human mind. Human mind need to be nourished and nurtured with the word of God, for it to spiritually evolve and mature. Otherwise, we then give room for “bad nutrients” from the evil one called satan to nourish and influence such mind. Once satan take a good hold of that mind, then all manner of evil thoughts comes from it. Such evolved mind then plans and engage the physical (human body parts and other tools) to carry out evil acts.

PRAYER:

Jehovah, Jesus Christ, Holy Michael to you O lord we raise our voices this day and put before you this week and beyond, as we bring our minds, thoughts and actions before you and commit our ways to you, help us to do the right things and bring us closer to you, so that our ways may be pleasing unto you. Cast away all evil thoughts from us and protect us all from evil influences and acts and teach us to obey you in Jesus Christ’s name we have prayed.

Footnotes: Mind is an abstract state within a person, where human thoughts are born, a non-physical element yet a very powerful intangible part of human beings.

“Isaiah 59:1 – Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear”
